SentryOps is two physical things and one live record: an Android app in the guard’s hand, and NFC tags on your walls.
The guard app
Designed for a long night shift and a busy post, not for a desk.
Pick your name and enter a four-digit PIN. No email, no password to forget.
Tap “Scan checkpoint”, hold the phone to the tag, done.
A large SOS button on the home screen, held for three seconds to avoid accidents.
Everything is saved on the phone and sent later.
Location is read only when something is recorded, never tracked all the time.
High-contrast screens, big touch targets and plain words, easy for guards of every age.
Android 8.0 or newer, with NFC, a camera and location. Most mid-range Android phones qualify.
An iPhone app is on our roadmap. Tell us if your sites need it first.
A guard-house tablet can clock the whole team in and out, with a face check at clock-in.
The tags
Every tag carries a unique serial number, registered to one checkpoint in the dashboard. Damaged or stolen? Swap it and update the checkpoint; the old tag stops counting straight away. Secure tags with one-time codes are coming soon for sites that need them.

For walls, glass, door frames and lift lobbies.
Anti-metal tag
Reads through a shielding layer on steel doors, fire cabinets and pump rooms.
Weatherproof tag
Sealed housing for car parks, perimeter fences, gates and rooftops.
Tags are supplied with your setup and quoted after the site walk.
